Damaged shipments
Report visible shipping damage promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the parcel, label and contents. Keep the original packaging while the case is reviewed.
Research products
For quality, safety and traceability reasons, opened, used, unsealed or improperly stored research products cannot normally be returned. Eligibility depends on product condition and applicable law.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider. Shipping charges are refunded where required by applicable law.
