The terms that apply to use of pepnord.com and orders placed through the website.
Research supply only
Products are supplied exclusively as reference materials for controlled professional laboratory research. They are not medicines, food supplements, cosmetics or consumer products and are not intended for use on humans or animals, consumption, injection, diagnosis or treatment.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. PepNord may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example when a product is unavailable, a price is incorrect or order details cannot be verified. An order is accepted when confirmation is sent by email.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the selected currency and include VAT where required. Payments are processed securely through available providers, which may include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Klarna, Amazon Pay and Link. Availability depends on checkout configuration, location and eligibility. Prices may change before an order is accepted.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to eligible EU destinations. Standard shipping is 59 SEK and orders of 699 SEK or more qualify for free shipping. Estimated delivery is normally 1–3 business days after dispatch but may vary by destination and carrier. Risk passes on delivery to the address provided.
Returns and refunds
Contact support@pepnord.com before returning an item. Depending on the product, its condition and applicable law, return rights or exceptions may apply. Opened or compromised research products may be ineligible for return for quality and traceability reasons. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Product information
We work to keep descriptions, specifications and prices accurate. Verified batch-specific documents, including independent tests and manufacturer certificates, take precedence over general descriptions. Packaging, colour and presentation may vary without affecting the documented product specification.
Intellectual property
Website content, including text, images, logos, graphics and software, belongs to PepNord or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. It may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PepNord is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of products or reliance on Website information outside its intended research context. The purchaser is responsible for suitability, lawful use and compliance. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes should first be raised with PepNord so that a resolution can be sought. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
PepNord may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and applies from the time it is posted, unless otherwise stated.
